Picture 1:
The weight necessary to depress the keys is carefully controlled. It is adjusted to 52 gr in the bass and 48 gr in the treble by inserting lead weights

Leads are being inserted into the keys.

To assure the proper functioning of the action the key depth is regulated to 10 mm.
